Hyper — Multi-tenant ERP & Marketplace (own product) · 2026 – Present
- Designed and built a platform for Romanian businesses: ERP back office, multi-vendor marketplace and public storefront. It runs as a multi-tenant SaaS and can also be deployed per client as a white-label marketplace with their own brand and domain.
- Backend of 80+ data models: inventory across warehouses, sales and purchase orders, invoicing, payments, returns and reporting.
- Tenant isolation with PostgreSQL row-level security; RBAC with 5 roles and 138 permissions, down to warehouse level.
- Integrations: ANAF e-Factura (OAuth, outgoing and incoming invoices), SoftOne ERP sync, couriers (FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday) and Stripe subscriptions with webhooks and usage billing.
- Marketplace flows for buyers, vendors and admins: cart, checkout, wallet, coupons, reviews, payouts and commission invoices.
- Contract-first API: OpenAPI spec generated from Zod schemas, typed frontend client generated from it in CI.
- Self-hosted staging on a bare server with Docker Compose, Caddy and a fail-closed, idempotent CI deploy script.
- Built end to end with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows: planning, coding, ~200 test files and code review.
Cazare Mihaieni — cazaremihaieni.ro (own project) · Live
- Bilingual website for holiday cottages near the Mihaieni thermal pool; it already brings in direct bookings, and guests find it through search.
